Our unit leaked. We reported it, they taped it from the inside. Then it leaked again in a different place.

ETA: Careful, reviewers. Just got a phone call from GSS, telling me he didn't appreciate the review. I wasn't going to mention it, but people should be aware, as I was told at the beginning of the billing cycle and we were ready to be out in under a week, "We don't prorate!"

John Junkins, a customer did not tell us at GSMS LLC of the second leak.... we did not know until reading this reply. We rely on our customers to let us know if there are any problems and will rectify it . Unfortunately if we do not know, we cannot fix it. Quite unfair to post an online review without letting the business know as we could have helped and made it right at the moment.
